Directions: Enter your name next to one date in the red months and one date in the blue months. Only one student may enter per date. The dates you select represent the deadlines for your ZIS Economists blog posts.

To write and publish a post, follow the link to the login page for the class blog: "ZIS Economists" Look for the link that says "Register" on the left side of the blog.
  • Register using your full name in the following manner: "Firstname.lastname" for example: Jason.Welker
  • Enter your email address and click "Register". Check your email for your password, follow the link to the sign in page and sign into the Blog's dashboard.
  • To change your password, immediately go to the "Profile" link and enter your new password twice.
  • To write your post, click the "Write" tab at the top of the page.
  • You can save drafts and come back to them through the "Manage" tab at any time.
  • If you wish, you may write your posts in MS Word and paste them into a blog post using the "Paste from Word" button in the "Write" screen.
All blog posts should hyperlink to an article relating to something we've studied from the IB syllabus. Posts should be between 400-600 words and follow the Criteria in the Rubric at the bottom of this page.
